Journal of Business & Organizational Research (JBOR) is a peer-reviewed and open-access journal. JBOR publishes new issues 4 times a year, namely March, June, September and December. JBOR is dedicated to the publication of academic works in all aspects relevant to the development of business theory and practice and organizational management (including: public, private, non-profit organizations).
